The following IT services are offered under this contract:

1. Project Manager Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order. Works with the Program Manager and is responsible for insuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task are implemented in a timely manner. Rate - $115.00

2. Senior Data Analyst Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional data requirements. Performs data analysis to construct database architecture, logical and physical database design and business systems integration. Identifies application an

d software resources required for each design. Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff. Rate - $115.23

3. Senior Database Management Specialist manages the development of database projects. Plans and budgets staff and database resources. When necessary, reallocates resources to maximize benefits. Prepares and delivers presentations on database management system

s (DBMS) concepts. Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff. Rate - $109.00

4. Database Management Specialist Provides highly technical expertise in the use of DBMS. Evaluates and recommends available DBMS products to support validated user requirements. Defines file organization, indexing methods, and security procedures for specific

user applications. Rate - $93.00

5. System Administrator - Supervises and manages the daily activities of configuration and operation of computer systems which may be mainframe, mini, or client/server based. Optimizes system software and resource utilization. Performs software implementations, capacity analysis and planning. Provides assistance to users in accessing and using computer systems. Rate -$107.40

6. Hardware Specialist Reviews computer systems in terms of machine capabilities and man-machine interfaces. Prepares reports and studies concerning hardware. Prepares functional requirements and specifications for hardware acquisitions. Works with end-users to

determine hardware/software problems and with vendor or other technical services to resolve problems in a timely manner. Ensures that problems have been properly identified and solutions will satisfy user s requirements. Rate – $68.92

7. Communications Network Manager Evaluates communication hardware and software, troubleshoots LAN/MAN/WAN and other network related problems, provides technical expertise for performance and configuration of networks. Performs general LAN/MAN/WAN administration, provides technical leadership in the integration and test of complex large-scale computer integrated networks. Schedules conversions and cutovers. Oversees network control center. Supervises maintenance of systems. Coordinates with all responsible users and sites. Supervises staff. Rate - $81.50
