Academic Forgiveness
Effective Fall 2002, students who are re-admitted into graduate study will not have grades and credit hours count in the computation of their grade point average that were earned more than 7 years prior to their new entrance date. This option applies to graduate courses only and may be utilized once.
In order to take advantage of this policy, the student must complete this form, obtain the appropriate authorizing signature, and take it to the Office of the Registrar for processing.
Note: Courses taken prior to a previously awarded graduate degree will not be removed from the GPA.
