*Facility reservations are the responsibility of the event coordinator/sponsoring department. For complex events, please make sure you have the space reserved at least 1.5 hours before your event starts and at least 1 hour after the scheduled end of the event for equipment setup and breakdown.

**Please note that due to classroom setups and other events, our staff will have to leave if no one has shown up 15 minutes after the scheduled sound check time.
