On-Boarding Email template for “all other actions” (eg., current employees) (4/24/06):

Following is some important information regarding the employee orientation process:

The Service Team will contact [NEW NAME] to schedule a brief On-Boarding orientation in the next week or so. During this orientation the employee will receive an informational handout that contains general appointment information, campus policies and helpful websites. New supervisors will also receive a Supervisor’s Basic Roles and Responsibilities handout.

Shortly after the new employee has completed their paperwork, you will be emailed a completed Supervisor Checklist for New Employees. This form is designed to assist you in the orientation process of a new employee and includes information such as: employment appointment information, required actions, time and attendance, and performance management.
