Research findings proposing the execution gap dynamic model which highlights four themes related to the organization’s ability to engage with its environment to close the strategy execution gap. This model better explains strategy execution dynamics using the contextual execution gap dynamic and the organizational engagement dynamic than the Alignment paradigm

Under this role (and as the Project Manager for the Balanced Scorecard/Strategy Management System Implementation Project of the Bank ) I led the successful implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in the Bank and further lead the design, development and deployment of a now active Performance Measurement, Data Collection and Performance/Strategy Reporting and governance system for the Bank.
