Documentation Needed

§ Clock rings for the full time regulars from the section/facility that you are trying to use for at least the past 5 months in csv. and pdf. format.

§ Clock rings for the Postal Support Employees for the same period and the same section/facility in the same two formats.

§ Clock rings for anyone else used in this section/facility for the time period involved in the same two formats.

§ Copies of any reversions or abolishments within the last year within the same section/facility.

§ Copies of any excessing events out of the section/facility that would be relevant.

§ Current staffing.

Special Note: It is probably best on your first attempt to work with as few employees as possible. Be careful to not ask for something that your membership may not want such as 4 ten hour days, etc.
