Print out first sheet and enlarge to A3 on photocopier. Laminate if you wish. Then display in a prominent but accessible place in the classroom.
Then every day a child either uses a wipe-off board marker to complete information or:

Numbers 0-9 (3 sets so can do temperature and date)
Weather symbols
Weather phrases
And attach with blue tack or by sticking Velcro on reverse. Keep in a pot below chart.
