Cultural Competence and Equity Mini-Grant Report Guide

Your report on your CC and E mini-grant should address the following criteria. You may use this form, write a narrative that addresses these issues, or may annotate your Mini-Grant Proposal with this information.

1. Identify the number of people (students and/or staff) impacted by the project.

2. Share the results of formal and informal assessments conducted for the project (formal assessment should be conducted whenever feasible).

3. Summarize the dollars expended and explain any significant differences between the budget allocations and the budget expenditures.

4. Summarize how your event fulfilled its intended goals.

5. Please reflect on the overall nature of your project. What do you feel was the impact of your project? Please give details and feel free to include any supporting documentation (e.g. pictures, videos, quotes, etc.) with your reflection.
