A desperate criminal of Delhi and Gurgaon wanted in cases of criminal misappropriation by the Stealing the Vehicles of their employer is arrested.
Two cases solved.
One loaded country made pistol and forged driving license have been along with stolen Skoda Laura car recovered.

The Crime Branch of Delhi Police has solved two cases of MV theft and Criminal Breach of Trust (CBT) by driver of PS Sector 10 Gurgaon Haryana and PS I.P.State Delhi respectively by arresting one wanted desperate criminal of Delhi and Haryana namely Dharmendra S/o lt. Himmat Ram R/o H.No. 1221 , Arjun Nagar, Gurgaon Hryana age 36 years.

INCIDENT

On 01.06.2012, Insp. Bal Kishan Badola of Anti Robbery Cell of Crime Branch received secret information that One Wanted, desperate Criminal, who is wanted in two cases of MV theft and Criminal breach of trust by driver will be coming to dispose of the recently stolen Skoda Laura contained brief case (official) and official documents from one doctor’s house near sector 9 metro station parking Dwarka, Delhi. A team led by Insp. Bal Kishan Badola consisting of SI Gurmeet Singh, HC Pyare lal No. 915/Crime , Ct Parmanand No. 1517/Crime, Ct Sudhir , Ct Pawan , Ct Kirpal was constituted under the supervision of ACP Sh. Bir Singh, ARC, Crime Branch. Near about 5:15 PM Crime Branch team finally succeeded in apprehending Dharmendra S/o lt. Himmat Ram R/o H.no. 1221 , Arjun Nagar, Gurgaon Hryana age 36 years. In this regard Case Fir No. 153/12 U/s 25/54/59 Arms Act, 419/468/471 IPC, PS Crime Branch has been registered.

MODUS OPERANDI AND EXAMINATION

During sustained interrogation, accused Dharmendra @ Bindu @ Raj Kumar revealed that his father namely Himmat Singh was running a Travel Agency in Arjun Nagar Gurgaon Haryana, and were having decent life style. But due to some bad habit such as drug, Gambling and women, he lost everything and ruined his Tour & Travel business. In a depression he had ruined his tour and travel business and became a daily wages driver on demand. In year 2011, One doctor had hired him for few day and did not let him to use ganja, in the fit anger he took away his brand new Mahendra Xylo Car and moved to Maharastra, the same car was recovered but he could not be arrested since he had introduced himself with fake name and address. Previously, he had been arrested twice in gambling Act by PS Gurgaon City. Since, he was exposed before the Gurgaon police, hence as per planning he had shifted his base to Delhi and started his working as driver in disguise. In year 2007, he was arrested in a Case Fir No. 1069 /12 U/s 25/54/59 Arms Act of PS Malviya Nagar. He prepared a fake License in the name of Raj Kumar S/o Kanwar Singh R/o Vill Nathupur , Gurgaon by pasting his own photograph on the license. In the month of May 2012, he zeroed in his search and came to know about Dr. Anup Raj, Director and Head of the ENT of Maulana Azad Medical, College of and his requirement of driver for his brand new car. He directly went to his residence and introduced himself as per the detail mentioned on forged license, that is, Raj Kumar S/o Kanwar Lal Resident of Village Nathupur, Gurgaon. He even supplied one copy of same to Dr. Anup Raj. On 25th May, at around 11:30 am he drove Dr. Anup Raj to Maulana Azad Medical college for Seminar and in pretext of having lunch he drove away the brand new Skoda Car bearing registration No. DL 8 C U 0109. Consequently, the case has been registered vide FIR no. 92/12 U/s 408 IPC with PS I P Estate Delhi and hunt was made to trace the Raj kumar and stolen Car.

Concerned Police Stations have accordingly been informed to take necessary legal action against the accused in their respective cases.

Advisory
In view of this incidents and several prior incidents in which servant/employee gave deception to the employer and committed offence, all resident and prospective employer are advised that:-
  1. Please ensure the personal verification of their servants and employees through local police before employing them.
  2. The servant verification form is available free of cost at all police station and available online at Delhi police website.
  3. The servant verification is done free of cost by police.
  4. It is a simple form containing personal details and identification proof of servant.
  5. Make some personal inquiry from the introducer and former employer as well before employing.
  6. Don’t employ until personal verification has been conducted. Generally, such dubious servant strike even before their verification could be completed by the police.
  7. Do take assistance of local police and observe due precautions in the interest of self and society at large.

Interstate gang of Opium Smugglers busted
5 kilograms of Opium Milk (purest form) having international value of Rs. 2.5 lakhs seized
Two accused arrested including peddler and supplier

The Crime Branch of Delhi Police has arrested two persons for smuggling ‘opium’ into the city and seized 5 Kilograms of fine quality of Opium Milk (purest form) from their possession having value about Rs. 2.5 lacs open market. The opium was being brought from Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Two persons have been arrested in this regard are 1) Om Parkash s/o Sh. Chuna Ram r/o Vill. Khokhariya, PS Udai Mandir, Distt. Jodhpur, Rajasthan (age 28 yrs) and 2) Pramod s/o Late Sh. Om Parkashr/oVillageBuda Khera, PS Uklana Mandi, Distt. Hissar, Haryana (age 24 yrs).

INCIDENT

On 31.5.12 information was received in SIT/Crime Branch that one Ompraksh, resident of Jodhpur, Rajasthan is smuggling opium in Azadpur Sabzi Mandi. A trap was laid at Adarsh Nagar Railway Station and Omprakash and his associate Pramod were apprehended at about 7:30 PM with 5 Kgs of ‘opium milk’ and seized from their possession. A case, under appropriate sections of the NDPS Act was registered for the same.

INVESTIGATION AND EXAMINATION

During investigation it was found that Ompraksh runs a small general departmental store in his native Village Khokhri, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. He had met Pramod of Hissar at Jajiwal Dhora Bishnoi Mandir at Jodhpur about a month ago. Ompraksh told him about his opium supply. Pramod promised him to find customers in Delhi and Haryana. Omprakash had come to Adarsh Nagar, Railway Station to deliver 5 kilograms of opium milk to Pramod who was supposed to further deliver it to their contacts in Azadpur Mandi. The value of 5 kilograms of opium milk in the open market is about Rs. 2.5 lacs.

He runs a small general departmental store in his native village. He has been supplying opium in Rajasthan for the past 2 years. He had met Pramod about a month ago. Together they had decided to explore the opium market in the area of Azadpur Mandi, Delhi.

(2) Pramod s/o Late Sh. Om Parkash r/o Vill. Buda Khera, PS Uklana Mandi, Distt. Hisar, Haryana (age 24 yrs).- He studied up to the 12th standard and pursuing JBT from Sri Nagar, J&K. He lost his parents sometime ago and is living with his relatives.

HUGE QUANTITY OF DUPLICATE HOLOGRAM POUCHES, STICKERS AND SPARE PARTS ETC. OF BAJAJ AUTOMOBILES WORTH LAKHS OF RUPEES: COMPUTER AND PRINTER USED IN MANUFACTURING RECOVERED: TWO ARRESTED FROM PAHAR GANJ AREA

With the arrest of Amit Verma, aged 27 years s/o Late Sh. Kamal Verma r/o 1148, glai Naik wali, Pahar Ganj, Delhi and (2) Preetam Singh, aged 64 years s/o Kartar Singh r/o 25/1, Tilak Nagar, Delhi, Central District police has busted a racket involved in manufacturing duplicate spare parts of Bajaj Automobiles.

TEAM AND THE INCIDENT

A team consisting of SI Dhiraj, SI Mahesh, SI Rakesh and Const. Satender was constituted under the close supervision of Sh. Om Parkash, ACP/DIU/Central District.

On 01.06.12, a specific input was received regarding manufacturing of counterfeit/duplicate holograms of Bajaj Automobiles in the area of Pahar Ganj. This information was further developed and a raid was conducted at 1649, Ist floor, OBC Building, Main Bazar, Pahar Ganj, Delhi and 65 packets of empty pouches (each packet containing 100 pouches) printed with Bajaj Genuine Parts, 22 rolls of stickers (on which Bajaj Auto Ltd. Regd. Office Akrudi, Pune is marked and date of manufacturing, name of item etc. is not printed), 20 rolls of stickers (on which Bajaj Auto Ltd. Regd. Office Akrudi, Pune is marked, date of manufacturing, name of item and rates and bar code is printed on it) and computer and printer (bar coding machine) used for manufacturing these hologram pouches were recovered. The police team apprehended accused Amit Verma. A case under Copy Right Act was registered at P.S. Pahar Ganj and investigation was taken up.

INVESTIGATION/ INTERROGATION

During sustained interrogation, accused Amit Verma disclosed that he was in dire need of money and in order to earn quick money, he started manufacturing counterfeit/duplicate holograms of Bajaj Automobiles. Further, he disclosed that he used to supply these counterfeit/ duplicate packets to one Preetam Singh s/o Kartar Singh r/o 25/1, Tilak Nagar, Delhi who runs a shop at 4/1225/ Nai Walan, Karol Bagh, Delhi.

At the instance of accused Amit Verma, a raid was conducted at 4/1225/ Nai Walan, Karol Bagh, Delhi and Preetam Singh s/o Kartar Singh r/o 25/1, Tilak Nagar, Delhi was also apprehended and 1 roll of stickers with MRP printed on it, 80 packets of oil seals (each packet containing 10 oil seals), 99 small empty pouches of Bajaj Auto Ltd., 1400 big empty pouches of Bajaj Auto Ltd. were recovered from his shop. On further interrogation, he disclosed that he has a godown at T20/1346, Nai Walan, Karol Bagh, Delhi.

Accordingly, a raid was also conducted at the said godown and 90 packets of oil seals (each packet containing 10 oil seal), 600 Chain guide, 400 pieces of valve kit, 900 pieces of element oil filter, 80 pieces of clutch plate set, 8 pieces of head cylinder and 143 pieces of lever clutches. They disclosed that due to heavy demand of Bajaj spare parts in the market, they started selling the duplicate spare parts of Bajaj Autos to earn huge profits.

Further investigation/interrogation is in progress.

2.Preetam Singh s/o Kartar Singh r/o 25/1, Tilak Nagar, Delhi is 64 years old. Previously, he was dealing in auto parts of two wheeler and in order to earn quick money he started selling counterfeit/duplicate spare parts.

A GANG OF ACTIVE INTER STATE MEWATI ROBBERS ARRESTED BY

PS PUNJABI BAGH

The staff of Police Station Punjabi Bagh, West District has arrested two members of Akhtar gang of active inter-state Mewati robbers who used to rob trucks and vehicles from the high way & took to Mewat area. The arrested members of the gang operate inDelhi and after committing robberies flee to their native place Distt. Nuh ( Haryana). With their arrest, a cases of robbery has been solved and robbed truck along with country made Pistol recovered on the same day.

ACCUSED ARRESTED

1. Zakir S/O Mohd. Rashid R/O Vill. Maniya Ka Bans PS Firozpur Zhirka Distt. Nuh ( Haryana) . Age 25 years.

2. Saddam S/O Mohd. Rashid R/O Vill. Maniya Ka Bans PS Firozpur Zhirka Distt. Nuh ( Haryana) Age 22 years.

INCIDENT,TEAM AND ARREST

On the intervening night of 31/1-6-12 an information was received regarding robbery of a truck on gun point in the area of PS Punjabi Bagh . The complainant Sh. Kundan Kumar Singh S/o Sh. Jageshwar Singh R/o Jhuggi NO 1, CA Block, Shalimar Bagh Delhi reported that he along with his helper Sonu were on their way to Narayana Industrial Area from Karnal Bypass. When they reached near Moti Nagar Ganda Nala a Scorpio Car having four persons overtook and stopped the truck . Three persons from the Scorpio car got down and overpowered the truck on gun point . He along with his helper Sonu were kidnapped were thrown in an isolated jungle area near Dhaula Kuan and fled away with the above robbed truck. A case FIR No. 185/12 U/S 392/397/365/34 IPC has been registered at PS Punjabi Bagh. A team under the leadership of Inspr. Virender Dalal, SHO/Punjabi Bagh comprising of Inspr. Maninder Singh ATO Punjabi Bagh, SI Manoharlal, SI Sandeep Dabas, SI Pankaj Thakur, PSI Anuj Kumar , HC Satbir 214/W, HC Naresh 420/W, HC Shanti Swroop NO 76/W, Ct Amit CT Harjivan, Ct Ajit & Ct. Naveen Chillar under the overall supervision of Sh. Satish Yadav, ACP/ P. Bagh was formed to collect information and bust the gang involved in the robbery.

The investigation of the case was taken up in a professional manner and it came to notice that the robbed truck was having a GPS system. With the help of G.P.S. System the team followed the locations of the robbed truck and came to know that the robbed truck is lying in the interiors of Nuh Distt. Haryana . After reaching Nuh the team made relentless efforts and traced the robbed truck in Arawalli Hills ranges , near the Vill. Maniya Ka Bans, PS Firozpur Zhirka Distt. Nuh ( Haryana). On seeing the police party the accused persons took the help of local residents and created resentment against the police raiding party and succeed to escape with the robbed truck from the spot . The team wholeheartedly made all out efforts and after chasing for 8 K.Ms were able to over power the accused along with the robbed truck in the deserted area of Arawali hills. The accused namely Saddam who was driving the robbed truck and Zakir who was sitting on the co- driver seat and was in possession of country made loaded Pistol ( Deshi Kutta) were apprehended by the raiding team The accused persons have also changed the number plate of the truck as well as tempered the Chesis number of the truck . The accused persons has also painted the body of the truck in different colour to change its original look.

INTERROGATION

On sustained interrogation, the accused persons Zakir S/O Mohd. Rashid & Saddam S/O Mohd. Rashid both real brothers disclosed that they left their schooling right from childhood. They initially started to ply autorikhsaw on rent in Gurgaon but they could not meet their desires and lust . In the mean time they were influenced with the life style of their neighbors namely Asgar & Akhtar. Thereafter, they started working with them. They further disclosed that they used to rob vehicle for transportation and select their targets at the wee hours on the main/highway roads on gun point and threw the drivers and helpers in an isolated place. The accused revealed that they after robbing the trucks / vehicles they need to change the colour , Number plate and chasis No. of the vehicle change its original look. Thereafter, they prepare the forged documents of ownership and sell the same in Rajasthan/Mewat area.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSONS :-

1. Zakir S/O Mohd. Rashid R/O Vill. Maniya Ka Bans PS Firozpur Zhirka Distt. Nuh ( Haryana) . Age 25 years is an illiterate and belongs to a poor family . The accused is married and having two sons age 8 years & 3 years . He got in indulged in to activity of drinking liquor and drug addict . He first started to do the job of auto driver in Gurgoan but as he could not fulfill his desires , he joined the gang of Akthar & Asgar and started committing robbery of tucks / vehicles on gun point .

2. Saddam S/O Mohd. Rashid R/O Vill. Maniya Ka Bans PS Firozpur Zhirka Distt. Nuh ( Haryana) . Age 22 years is the real brother of the accused Jakir . The accused also got indulged in the activities of chewing of tobacco and liquor . The accused is illiterate and with his elder brother joined the gang of Asgar of the same village and started committing robbery of tucks / vehicles on gun point .

RECOVERY :-

  1. Truck No. HR-55-K-6018 robbed at gun point
  2. One loaded country made Pistol used in the committing of robbery.
  3. Ropes/ clothes used for kidnapping the victim .

The investigation of the case is in progress & staff involved in good work is being rewarded suitably.
