CONSENT TO ACT AS LIQUIDATORS

The hourly rates currently charged in respect of work done as Liquidators by us, and by my partners and employees who may perform work in this liquidation, are set out in the Schedule, which is attached to this consent.
To the best of our knowledge we are not disqualified from acting as Joint and Several Liquidators by the provisions of Division 3 of Part 5.6 of the Corporations Act 2001.
