Forum Club of the Palm Beaches

elects new officers and board members

West Palm Beach, Florida – The Forum Club of the Palm Beaches is pleased to announce its new officers and board members for the 2014-2015 season.

Retired newspaper executive, Gale Howden, will serve a one-year term as President of the Forum Club’s Board of Directors. Joining Howden on the Forum Club Executive Committee is President-Elect Ed Chase, vice president, LRP Publications; Vice President Michelle McGovern, regional director for U.S. Senator Bill Nelson; and Secretary/Treasurer Tony Pirozzi, a certified financial planner with Raymond James. Each officer will serve a one-year term.

New Board of Directors for 2014-2015 include: Robert Bertisch, executive director of the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County; George T. Elmore, president of Hardrives Paving; William Fleming, president of Palm Beach Atlantic University; Karen Holloway, financial representative with Northwestern Mutual; Shannon LaRocque, assistant PBC administrator; Elberg Mike Gelin, vice president, CBIZ Benefits and Insurance; and Michael Coady, area executive with First Citizens Bank & Trust. Each board member will serve a three-year term.
