Lifetime Sports

Mr. John Hallead- Instructor

In this Advanced Health/Fitness class, students will engage in advanced lessons and units in sports and fitness, progressing from the base standards learned in General Health and Fitness-9. The three main goals for each student taking this course are:

2.  The student progresses physically in aerobic and anaerobic capacities, showing and proving that fitness plans work.

3.  The student can analyze and reflect on past experiences to develop comprehension, achieve skill standard levels, and create authentic programs for themselves.
