OFFICER GUIDELINES
PHILANTHROPIC TEAM
The Philanthropic Team shall coordinate the philanthropic works of the Colorado State Council (CSC). The Philanthropic Chairman shall serve as chairman of the team. Other members shall be the Easter Seals Coordinator, and the ESA for St. Jude Coordinator.
The Philanthropic Team will coordinate, promote and plan all the events for philanthropic works. The activities and promotion of programs should be planned for each area with Team cooperation for maximum success.
Philanthropic Team:
A. Philanthropic Chairman shall call a meeting of the Philanthropic Team.
B. Review CSC Constitution, Bylaws, and Standing Rules for duties of each member of Philanthropic Team. Please read the entire document.
C. Coordinate all events of each area for maximum success.
D. Report as necessary to IC chairman.
E. Provide information to the Web Team for posting to the Website.
F. Report to The Golden Lamp as needed per schedule. The chairman may appoint a Philanthropic Team member to assume this duty.
G. Philanthropic Team members cooperate with good communication.
H. Keep membership informed and educated about programs.
I. Fulfill all duties of individual office.
