-The goals of the project are to increase sustainability and alternative energy use, and decrease fuel cost on campus.
Rainwater catchment system design
-Senior design project associated with Engineers Without Borders in Ecuador.
-Leader of cost analysis division.
-Given task of designing a water catchment system to be used for village drinking water.
-Includes cost analysis, data presentation, design, and implementation of system.
Technical writing skills
-Third place in Oblong Land Conservancy essay competition.
-Competition was based on the participant’s knowledge of environmental issues.
-Contestants were judged based on innovative problem solving skills, and technical writing skills.
