Dear Parent/Carer,
Choir Visit to Stafford Court Care Home – Thursday 14th December 2017
This letter is to inform you that your child has been chosen to represent Winter Gardens Academy at a Christmas carol concert. The children will be performing to the residents of Stafford Court Care Home on Canvey Island at
Thursday 14th December 2017.
Pupils will be walking, together with adults from our school, to the Care Home, leaving at 9:30am and arriving back at school in time for lunch.
Please could all choir members be dressed in smart school uniform. We would be grateful if your child could have a waterproof coat and flat winter shoes on, in case of inclement weather.
We feel that it is an honour to represent the school and I am sure the children will give a wonderful concert. Thank you for giving permission for your child to take part in this event, but if, for any reason, you do not wish your child to participate, please notify us, in writing, by Friday, 7th December 2017.
