The Central Piedmont Safety Council invites you to join us for our fall safety & health workshop. This program is suitable for all agency employees.

Topics:
· Accident Prevention – Recognizing unsafe acts and unsafe conditions
· Accident Investigation – Proper procedures for accident investigations
· Bloodborne Pathogens – Update on the OSHA standard
· Hand & Eye Safety – PPE and safe procedures
· Working in Cold Conditions – Staying safe in cold weather
Credit Hours: Six hours of instruction. Participants are eligible for credit towards NC Water Treatment Facility Operator’s Certification Board requirements and/or the Water Pollution Control System Operator’s Certification.
Cost:
FREE to Individual and Business Members of CPSC. Business members may send multiple employees at no charge.
Non-members may attend by paying the CPSC membership fee of:

Directions:
From the Winston-Salem and North, take US Route 52 South, towards Lexington and High Point. Take exit 97 towards Welcome. Turn right on NC 8 (Old US 52) and go 1¼ miles to Davidson Water.
From Charlotte and South, take I-85 North towards Greensboro and take a slight right on US Rt. 52 North. Take exit 97 towards Midway. Turn right on NC 8 (Old Highway 52) and go 1.6 miles to Davidson Water.
