FAVA HALL RENTAL FEES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Anniversary $125/hr.

Baptism $100/hr.

Birthday-child age 7 AND BELOW $100/hr.

Birthday-ages 8 + $125/hr.

Business Meeting $100/hr.

Graduation $125/hr.

Quincenera $150/hr.

Shower - Bridal/Baby $125/hr.

Wedding and/or Reception $150/hr.

WE ALLOW 1 HOUR SET-UP TIME PRIOR TO START OF EVENT AT NO CHARGE.

A RESERVATION DEPOSIT (part of Rental Fee) is $100.00

due at time of reservation. 100% of deposit will

be refunded if we are given at least 7 days

cancellation notice; NO REFUND if less than 7

days’ notice is given. The balance of Total Rental

Fees is due 14 days before event.

A SECURITY DEPOSIT is due in addition to the Rental $100.00

Fee when balance of Total Rental Fees is paid.

Refundable after event if facility is cleaned and in

same condition as when rental began.

LIABILITY INSURANCE is required for all private $100.00 to $150.00

events. It can be purchased through

Renter must provide proof of insurance when

paying balance of Total Rental Fees Due.

FAVA HALL FACILITY USAGE RULES

·  RENTER shall arrange for security personnel, if necessary.

·  RENTER shall confine their activities to premises rented.

·  RENTER will comply with all laws and all rules, ordinances or requirements imposed by any municipality or government authority and will not do or suffer to be done anything on said premises in violation thereof.

·  RENTER will keep said premises, including the personal property therein, during the event date, in as good repair and at the expiration thereof yield and deliver up the same in like conditions as when taken, reasonable wear and tear thereof and damage by the elements excepted.

·  Jumpers and any type of confetti are not allowed and prohibited in or around the premises rented.

·  All trash accumulated on the event date in and around the premises rented will be disposed of by the RENTER.

·  All event activity must stop 30 minutes prior to the end of time period of event as shown on Rental Reservation.

·  RENTER is responsible for payment for any damages to immediate premises, exterior and interior of building, fixtures, tables and chairs. The payment will be determined by the extent of the damage.
