VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

Brisbane Golf Club Captain’s Challenge (Charity Golf Day)

Thousands of Queenslanders are diagnosed with blood cancer each year. Hundreds will lose their lives. It’s why our researchers are working tirelessly to find out more about why it strikes and how to stop it. We’re also there to support those who have been diagnosed already. We provide somewhere to stay for patients undergoing months of gruelling chemotherapy, sometimes hundreds of miles from their home, as well as information, support and advice at a time when it’s needed the most.

We don’t receive any ongoing government funding and rely on donations and fundraising to provide these services for our patients. With the help of community fundraisers, such as the Brisbane Golf Club, we will be able to continue to provide support services and invest in research.

For this event we need volunteers to help the Brisbane Golf Club raise money throughout their Charity Golf Day.
