· Inviting a Beginning Teacher to observe a mentor teaching a lesson or concept to allow for modeling of effective teaching practices.
· Providing support and feedback to a Beginning Teacher during/after a post conference following a formal observation.
· Assisting a Beginning Teacher with strategies and/or procedures to appropriately serve a special needs student.
· Spending informal social time with a Beginning Teacher.
