Schools Financial Health & Efficiency
Business manager to report to governors on how the school has taken advantage and use of the wealth of resources/data (e.g. financial health checks; benchmarking) currently provided by the DfE to ensure value for money and improve financial management of the school’s resources. Good financial health is essential to delivering educational excellence. At the same time, budget pressures mean there is a greater need than ever for schools to ensure their budgets deliver the best value for money.
