I hold a master degree in Education/ Instructional Technology and a BFA in Digital Design both from American Intercontinental University.
My relevant qualifications include:
· Designed and implemented lesson plans for bilingual adult learners in both basic and advanced classes: Windows, MS Office, Internet, career development, and job search/interview techniques.
· Monitored and assessed students' progress daily in computer concepts class; used spreadsheet software to record student evaluations and grades.
· Experience in all phases of adult learner training management systems plus updated skills in designing training materials for online and classroom use.
· Knowledge of the latest technologies in the training field and in researching foreign language font-related issues with emphasis on Arabic and Farsi able to install and manage these languages in all computer systems for online use.
In addition to the qualifications mentioned above, I also bring strong leadership and management skills. I have a successful track record of delivering training sessions for adult learners. Also, I will be able to interact with mentors, supervisors, and other school management with ease to suggest improvements to the online learning system. Using new and advanced systems, I will be able to enhance the delivery of online learning and best address the needs of the Department of State.
