Animation Project #2: Star Wars

1. Create a folder in your H: drive and call it Animation #2. Use this to keep ALL your animation files in. Whenever you save your project, make sure to “save as” period.lastname.animation2

2. Animate at least 3 different objects (you can take pictures from Google) and have them animate. One of the objects must be a person or creature and you must make their eyes blink and their lips/mouth move. Use a plain white background. If you want to earn extra credit, or think “the force is with you”, animate it using a full-colored background that you design (or cut and paste from somewhere).

3. Animation must contain at least 50 slides.

4. Each animation (the overall project) should use Star Wars quotes. Star Wars quotes here. http://www.gotwavs.com/Movies/Star_Wars_Episode_IV_A_New_Hope.html First you have to click on one of the sound files (ex. c3p0.wav or c3po.mp3). Then, on the next screen, after hearing your sound file, you can right-click on the file name (like cp30.mp3) in the big blue font and "save target as". Save it into your animation#2 folder on your H: drive.

5. You must also include other sound effects (feet walking, lasers, explosions, etc.) Here are a few more Star Wars links:

6. Include a title page and credits at the end. Make sure you include all websites used for sound and images. Keep track of these in a word or text document. Title pages can be created in Movie Maker by clicking on #2. Edit Movie/Make Titles or Credits. How to add titles and credits.
