Adorn your bath or powder room with a small piece of art with these

exquisitely embroidered guest towels

Three sisters have created an unparalleled line of embroidery through family inspiration. ANALI – translated to “little Ana” is named for their grandmother who inspired them and fueled their passion for the art of embroidery. Because their initial designs posed such intricate shading patterns, they were encouraged to add “Exquisite Needlework” to the brand name. They have continued to earn this designation with their evolving embroidery patterns.

The difference is in the detail – ANALI describes their process as beginning with hand drawn renderings created with a kaleidoscope of colored pencils to accentuate detail and shadings. In these designs, colors are blended to create a realistic result. The use of colored pencil best represents how the final color patterns on the embroidered fabric will appear. The drawing is then scanned into a computer, sharpened and scaled to size. Specialized embroidery software programs each stitch and color change needed to bring the design to life. A single design may use up to nine colors from a palate of hundreds of colors and shade variations.

The digital techniques involved are especially time consuming. Other embroidery designers typically use “fill stitches,” whereby the machine will fill an area with stitches of one color only. In ANALI’s full color collection, each stitch is laid by hand. This process gives their designs a unique personality – like handwriting – bestowing the embroideries a special depth and richness.
