Scope of Work
Additional Features and Requirements
The following website features and requirements are included in the Webspec Design , LLC proposal, work and contract documents:
1) Premium Design Service
2) Interactive Calendar (“events calendar”)
2) Newsletter Section (up-loadable and downloadable). Ability to transmit newsletter electronically to electronic mail list.
3) Upload and Manage PDF’s and Multimedia Files
(PDF, Video, JPG, PNG, HTML, SWF, Photos, Etc…)
4) Link Creation and Management
5) Form Creation Framework (Submit Information Forms)
6) News and Media Center
7) Upload and Play Video Content
8) Email Address Request Form and electronic mail lists (for capturing new user and maintaining or updating existing user email addresses). This may be used for Iowa One Call notifications to members including excavator awareness meetings, board and related meetings or other notices. The electronic address area will also interface with the newsletter area to allow electronic editions of the newsletter to be sent to designated email addresses.
9) Secure Portal for IOC Board Members. The portal will provide unique directories/folders for storing, maintaining and exchanging electronic documents, data files and other information between the Iowa One Call administrative director, board members, officers and other designated persons, and will not allow access by any other outside persons or entities. A separate folder will be established to maintain Iowa One Call articles of incorporation, bylaws and all current contracts, leases or agreements between Iowa One Call and third parties. Any and all passwords in the system shall be routinely changeable by Iowa One Call. No passwords are to be stored in clear text in a database or structure that is viewable using SQL, LDAP, or other query technologies.
10) SSL Secure Certificate Site. Iowa One Call data and information shall remain encrypted. Webspec shall provide Iowa One Call with all future revisions, enhancements, and upgrades to data security standards in compliance with most recent industry standards and regulatory mandates at no additional cost. Webspec shall be able to adequately demonstrate to Iowa One Call measures that are continuously employed to protect data on the system including; published security policies, physical security protection measures, firewalls deployed, intrusion detection methods, security event monitoring, anti-malware deployment, account management controls, patch management process, administrative access rights protections, disaster recovery plans, backup and recovery techniques employed, processes for conducting personnel risk assessments of staff with administrative rights to systems.

24) Electronic data interchange will utilize FTP ( File Transfer Protocol), FTPS or HTTPS. Specfic FTP or other protocols, source code and Administrator System codes and access/owner rights shall be provided to Iowa One Call.
25) All data will be encrypted utilizing encryption that meets AES-256 key strength or better. The system will include the ability to change public or private keys immediately in the event of a critical security breach.
26) Unique secure user id/passwords for Iowa One Call, board member and facility owner/operator and other user access to server for uploading or downloading electronic data files and information. All user id’s/passwords shall be encrypted.
27) Security procedures and protections including anti virus, malware and related protection.
28) Iowa One Call is granted a non-exclusive, transferable, irrevocable and perpetual license to install and use all software provided under this agreement, and future revisions, enhancements or upgrades, on Iowa One Call’s computers, systems or other equipment. Iowa One Call may make the software available to Iowa One Call’s employees, contractors, affiliated companies, directors, officers, and members as required to perform services related to Iowa One Call. If applicable , Webspec shall obtain for Iowa One Call and provide an equivalent license grant for all third party products from all third party vendors that provide software pursuant to this agreement. Iowa One Call may modify the software ( in machine readable form) ; or merge modified software or unmodified software into other software, to form adaptations intended for execution by Iowa One Call on Iowa One Call processers. Any part of the software included in such adaptations will continue to be subject to the applicable software license.
29) Website content writing on all interior website pages. Will include web-format writing to coincide with web-search protocols (for effective interface with Bing, Google, Yahoo and other web-search engines).
