GOTS § 1.2. The standard covers the processing, manufacturing, packaging, labelling, trading and distribution of all textiles made from at least 70% certified organic natural fibres. The final products may include, but are not limited to fibre products, yarns, fabrics, clothes and home textiles.To get a first picture of your operation and to be able to offer you an appropriate and individual service, we would like to ask you for some basic data about your process and your requirements regarding your products. All requested data will be treated confidentially and are being used internally to handle the application process only.

The Company agrees to respect the Bioagricert Regulation and specific documents for GOTS certification
The Company agrees to provide to both Bioagricert and the Responsible authorities the right of access to all appropriate facilities, including to non -organic production in the unit or related units, and all relevant documentation and records, including financial records.
The Company agrees, in case of non conformity, to accept the sanctions established in Bioagricert regualtion
The Company agrees to pay the specific fees for the GOTS certification
The Company also agrees to inform Bioagricert in a timely manner on any changes in the product, process or management system which may modify the conformity. Bioagricert will value if a further inspection or other tests are necessary to check if the conformity is maintained. The licensee should not issue any declaration about modified products until BAC gives its approval;
