DEADLINE: December 12, 2014

AWARD: $ 18,000 total to award for nursing scholarships; individual awards vary

Requirements:

· Accepted into an ACEN or CCNE accredited program leading to RN licensure or advanced degree [See the attached document listing the schools accredited by these agencies. IF your school is not on the list, submit a document verifying its accreditation by ACEN or CCNE with your application.]

· 3.0 GPA/3.5 GPA for graduate school

· Resident of Rio Rancho or graduated from a Rio Rancho high school

· Need for financial aid

· Community involvement

Submit by the deadline:

· Application (attached)

· Resume

· Copy of college transcript

· Evidence of financial need (FASFA or similar documentation)

· Statement of educational goals and motivation for applying

· Accreditation verification if necessary.
