I understand that only AD AF members may be selected for the command competition, and if eligible and selected, I will be placed on TDY orders for the period of 12-16 October 2015. If selected, I have no personal obligations or commitments which would keep me from participating. I have read/understand the rules/guidance for the AMC Icon 2015 program and understand my participation in the AMC Icon competition, and/or the acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use my name, biographical information, and/or likeness (for example, photograph, video, or sound recording) for any authorized DOD purpose, as deemed appropriate by HQ AMC, without any further compensation.
