If you need help, you can select the question mark icon at the top right of your screen.

The advance payments specific to your payment type will appear in the drop down menu. Select the advance that you would like to apply for by using the drop down arrow.

Answer the questions displayed according to your individual circumstances and then select ‘Next’.

If you’re unsure about how to answer any of the questions, you can select the blue text for further information. It’s important that you answer these questions accurately, as your eligibility and fortnightly repayments will be based on your responses.

We have answered these questions as an example only.

You may need to use the scroll button at the right of your screen to continue.

You can select ‘Back’ to go back to the previous screen, or ‘Cancel’ if you no longer want to apply for your Advance Payment.

The minimum and maximum amount of Advance Payment that you can apply for will be shown, based on your individual circumstances.

Enter the amount that you wish to apply for and select ‘Next’.

Depending on the type of Advance Payment that you are applying for, you may also be able to receive this in two instalments.

In this example, we will apply for our advance in two instalments.

Answer all of the questions displayed and then select ‘Next’.

The date of your second instalment must be within 6 months from your date of application.

When selecting a date for your second instalment, you can manually type the date, or select the date using the calendar icon.

A detailed summary of the information you’re about to submit will now be displayed.

Once you have read and understood the information displayed, select ‘I accept this declaration’ and then select ‘Submit’.
