ANSI Seeks Comments on Proposal for ISO Standard on Management Systems for Education Organizations
ANSI and Latvian Standard (LVS), the national standards body of Latvia, are considering the joint submission of a proposal to ISO for a standard on management system requirements for all education organizations. ANSI invites all interested stakeholders to submit comments by Friday, April 16, 2010.

ISO Confirms International Standard on Social Responsibility as Final Draft
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has announced that ISO 26000, Guidance on social responsibility, has been confirmed and registered as a Final Draft International Standard (FDIS). This is the final stage in the development of an ISO standard before it is published as an ISO International Standard.
