with Health Fair
Save the Date! Saturday, April 15th, 2017
This annual event is open to any business or organization. Your attendance provides an excellent opportunity for your business to gain exposure, create awareness and to network with other area business owners while visiting face to face with potential customers and clients.Businesses can SELL their product. You have the chance to showcase your business’ products and services not only to fellow exhibitors, but also to the community, as the event is free and open to the public. This event is being held in conjunction with the Osawatomie Easter Egg Hunt and PEO Pancake Breakfast. The onsite Health Fair,Demonstrations, a Children’s Area, Lakemary Center recycling drop off and much more should add appeal to this event.
When: Saturday, April15th, 2017 10:00-1:00pm
Where:Osawatomie High School Mac Steele Gymnasium, 1200 Trojan Drive
Booth Fee: $40 for current Chamber members, $65 for non-Chamber members
Decorate Your Booth:Decorate for Easter and/or Spring and your business since this event will be held in conjunction with the Easter Egg Hunt on the day before Easter. Have fun with this! Participating booths will have the chance to win a FREE Expo booth in 2018.
Registration Deadline:March 24th- Booth space is assigned as registrations are received.
Health Fair Details: Organizers are working on offering a wide variety of health-related services and screenings.Please check the appropriate box if you would like to offer healthcare information and/or screenings so we are sure to have you all grouped in the same area, and be sure to include details on what sort of services you will be offering.

Overall Details: A table and 2 chairs are provided. Booth space is approximately 10 x 10. Electricity is somewhat limited, so be sure to reserve early if you need it and plan to provide your own 25’ extension cord.
Set Up: The Mac SteeleGym will be open from 8:00-10:00am on Saturday morning for your convenience. There is one large loading cart available for use during these times.
Advertising: This event will be advertised in local newspapers, through e-mail and social media, via yard signs and through the local schools.
Other: Drawings, giveaways and live entertainment will add to the fun. Feel free to hold your own drawing in your booth or you are welcome to donate an item that morning, to be used for that purpose during the event.

Liability Waiver: The Exhibitor agrees to make no claim against the Osawatomie Chamber of Commerce, City Government or their officers, USD #367, directors or members or employees for any loss, damage, theft of property, or any injury to the Exhibitor or its employees, invitees, guests, and volunteers; or for claims for damages, injuries, loss or damage to property which may be incident to, arise from, or be in anyway connected with the use and occupancy of the display space and the Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Osawatomie Chamber of Commerce, USD #367 and Osawatomie City government against such claims.
