GRAPHIC/WEB DESIGNER

Phase One Consulting Group | 6/2011 – 10/2013

· Designed and coded external websites and intranet sites, most recently for the Forest Service, Department of Transportation, and the Special Inspector General for TARP (SIGTARP.)

· Created a variety of print collateral such as posters and information sheets for government and private sector clients, including the Department of the Interior and Office of Veterans Affairs.

· Analyzed and interpreted the Google Analytics of websites and created fact sheets presenting this data for clients.

· Supervised and collaborated with government, subcontractor, and in-house designers and developers. Handled many different clientele through various levels of communication, from administrative assistants to Chief Information Officers.

· Supported Phase One's business development efforts by contributing information graphics and written content to proposals and the firm’s presentations, and oversaw the firm website’s content, upkeep, and associated metrics.

GRAPHIC SPECIALIST
Hogan Lovells US LLP | 12/2006 – 6/2011

· As the lead North American graphic designer for a multinational law firm, developed and handled marketing campaigns for a variety of practice groups in different industries and markets

· After the merger of Hogan & Hartson and Lovells in 2010, served as part of the new firm's rebranding team, and helped manage and develop the brand.
Collaborated with attorneys and staff from the firm's 42 offices, creating collateral tailored to international and local markets and typesetting multiple languages, including Chinese, Japanese, Russian, French, and Arabic.

· Coordinated all aspects of offset and digital printing, including preparation of digital files for printing (pre-press), determining and sticking to budgets, on-site press checks at the printers, and handling invoices and payments. Worked with domestic and international photographers to arrange attorney photo sessions and edited and uploaded the resulting images.

· Handled all aspects of the firm's email marketing, including creating invitation and newsletter templates for use across multiple email platforms and integrating each email campaign with the firm's mail management software.

· Produced print designs and websites for a variety of clients.

· Most recent work includes websites for a high-end wine store, a government contractor, and a political researcher; a book cover for an Italian publisher; and two illustrated booklets for Key Communications.
