·  A new feature is that one tab contains information that the operator needs to take action on – approving/rejecting release of results to LIMS, or to enter a barcode not correctly read (shown as UNKNOWN). Typically, this area will empty.
·  Uncertainty analysis reports are available in addition to Levey-Jennings reports.
·  There are several new options for handling CHECK failure (PV outside 5% of expected). Changes to this are only available to the Benson engineer whilst the effect of this feature is understood in the field. Typically, if a CHECK fails the system will go back to the last good CHECK to retest that, then return to the failed CHECK. This should confirm whether the system is out of calibration, or if that particular tube of CHECK fluid was contaminated.
·  The software is licenced.
·  Access to the Customer Utility is available from the main program.
·  Access to areas of the program is controlled by the level of user – there are 3 levels of user – Operator, Maintenance, and Manager. / ·  Cleaning enforced to be done in order of Monthly, Weekly, Daily

·  Monitoring of sump draining. / ·  None
