Lower Paxton 250th Celebration Parade Practice
atCD Middle School
In order to prepare for the Lower PaxtonTownship 250th Celebration Parade, we will be holding three rehearsals for LMS and CDMS 7th & 8th Grade band members on the dates below. During these important rehearsals, we will learn marching commands, how to march in a block formation, music for the parade, and the all-important - marching and playing at the same time! The rehearsals will be held at CDMS and will be the only times that LMS and CDMS will be able to practice for the parade together. Putting 120+ plus middle school students together to play and march as a cohesive unit is a huge undertaking. We can’t stress enough how important attendance at these three rehearsals is. We appreciate your support and dedication to what we believe will be a fun and rewarding experience!
Please report to the auditorium of CD Middle on the dates and times below with your instrument and music. Please wear sneakers. No sandals or flip-flops are to be worn for safety purposes.
Students should be dropped off and picked up at the gym entrance in the back of the school. Rehearsals will be held rain or shine.
