According to the statistics from the Ministry of Commerce, from 2009 to 2011, the amount of service outsourcing contracts undertaken by service outsourcing enterprises in China increased to $ 44.73 billion from $ 20.01billion, an increase of 49.5%, and the implemented amount of offshore service outsourcing contracts reached $ 10.09 billion from $23.83 billion, with an increase of 53.68%, becoming the second largest country accepting service outsourcing worldwide only after India.
Hosted by the Ministry of Commerce,China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) andJiangsu Provincial People’s Government,China International Service Outsourcing Cooperation Conference (CISOCC)has been successfully heldfor five times in Nanjing, China.CISOCC has attracted over 2,000 service outsourcing enterprises from 25 countries and regions, such as, the United States, Japan, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, South Korea, Singapore, India, etc.. The service outsourcing enterprises comprise Microsoft, IBM, SAP, Dell, Accenture, Infosys, Gartner, Motorola mobile technology company, HITACHI, NEC, Schneider Electric, United States NeuStar, Deutsche Telekom, Yahoo, etc.

A. Participation Fees
No participation fees shallbe charged if applicants submit their applications to attend the one-on-one business meeting before May 26, 2013.
If the applicant have detailed cooperation initiatives with Chinese companies and get verification from the organizer, the applicant will enjoy the supports as follows: matchmaking services to find the potential Chinese partners prior to the conference, interpretation services during the one-on-one meetings, 3-night four-star above hotel accommodations for one person per company, free participation at other programs during the conference.

Registration Fee of $600 per person shall cover conference materials, pick-up service at the NanjingLukouAirport or Nanjing Railway Station, 3-night four-star above hotel accommodations plusmeals for one person, participation in all programs except one-on-one business meeting during the conference.
