To receive any apologies.

  1. DECLARATIONS OF DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY AND OTHER INTERESTS.

– to disclose or draw attention to any disclosable pecuniary interests for the purposes of Section 31 of the Localism Act 2011 and paragraphs 15-17 of the Members’ Code of Conduct. Also to declare any other significant interests which the member wishes to declare in the public interest, in accordance with paragraphs 19 of the Members’ Code of Conduct to be considered at the meeting.

4.2 To receive details of HBC planning intention to stop sending hard copies with Planning Application

Notifications.

4.3 To receive offer of Bulbs/Wildflowers from Harrogate Borough Council.

4.4 To update Council from South Field Lane, Highways Report.

5.COUNTY COUNCIL ELECTIONS

5.1 To receive notification of the County Council Elections on 4th May 2017.

5.2 Chairman proposes a vote of thanks to Cllr. John Savage on his retirement.

6.COUNTY & DISTRICT COUNCILLORS REPORTS

6.1 To receive a report from District Cllr. Myatt.

7.CO-OPTION

7.1 To receive the notice from HBC for the latest casual vacancy to be dealt with by Co-option.

8.PUBLIC OPEN FORUM

An opportunity for members of the public to comment or raise questions on items within this agenda.

The public and the press have a right to record, film or broadcast Parish Council Meetings.

It would be helpful if the Clerk could be advised in advance, in order that the Parish Council provide reasonable facilities to meet the needs of the person filming.

10.1 To receive a report from Cllr. Pope for the electrical work at the Village Hall.

11.PLAY AREAS/OPEN SPACES

11.1 To receive any further information for outdoor exercise equipment from Cllr. Tanner, including

quotation received from Streetscape.

12. COMMUTED SUMS

12.1 To consider making an application for commuted sums to mark out plots on the Bridlepath Allotments

plus, signage to indicate plot numbers.

12.2 To receive the latest Commuted sums available.

13. LINDEN HOMES SOUTHFIELD LANE

13.1 To receive an update from the meeting with Linden Homes representatives on 20 March 2017
