Village Carol singing session at Llangennith, at the Christmas tree on the village green, on Wednesday 14th December at 7pm. Families are very welcome indeed. The Llangennith Male Voice Choir (featuring a number of Llanrhidian School grownup ex pupils, and dads of ex pupils!) will be making a special appearance. There will be a collection for the RNLI: one of the members of the choir is coxswain of the Burry Port Lifeboat, which looks after the North Gower coast and Rhossili Bay. The RNLI, like the Wales Air Ambulance, depends entirely on public donations and receives no state funding. We hope that the carol singers will be joined by some other members of the crew.
