Mission Statement
I have a passion for storytelling; how the emotional tale of music, paired with the visceral impact of the right picture, combined with skillfully crafted words can not only touch people minds, but their hearts as well. As I continue my career as a Video Journalist and Video Producer this is just what I plan to do. I seek to use my years of broadcast journalist experience and outgoing, creative personality to tell stories that truly resonate with people on multiple levels.

Video Producer / Freelance – Various locations in Southern California / 2012-Current· Produce, write, shoot, and edit various video projects like the 2013 coverage of the annual Tiki Oasis event in San Diego, CA for Pulse Media.
Producer/Reporter / Time Warner Cable- Costa Mesa, CA. / 2006-2012· Produce, write, shoot, edit, host and act as talent for news stories as a reporter for SoCal News. As well as for a short and long form lifestyle infotainment programming, SoCal’s Best segments to air locally on Time Warner Cable SoCal Channel 101 and Video on Demand services.
· Produce, write, host, shoot, and edit special event coverage and special projects such as; Comic Con, E3, Congressional Cup, LA Auto Show, Cirque Du Soileil, NBA Jams, Whooznxt Concert Series, and others for air locally on Time Warner Cable SoCal Channel 101 and Video on Demand services as well as nationally on other Time Warner Cable channels and VOD.
· Coordinate coverage of special events (LA Auto Show, Comic Con, Cirque Du Soliel) with other Time Warner Cable departments; AD Sales, Community Affairs, and Marketing.
Production Coordinator / Comcast Cable- Lake Elsinore, CA / 2005 - 2006· Produce, direct, and edit 5 minute Local Edition interview program for insertion in to CNN Headlines news.
· Produce and direct live City council meetings for Lake Elsinore and Murrieta for local origination channels.
Radio & TV Broadcaster / AF News/ American Forces Radio & Television Services / 1997-2004· Produce, write, shoot, edit, and act as talent for news stories, spots, and PSAs for air on AFN Korea broadcast, AFN Aviano broadcast locally in Italy, and AFN Europe for broadcast across Europe. As well as for local 10, 5, and 2 minute Newscasts, Aviano Action News.

· Deployed to and reported from remote locations in Slovakia, Spain, Kosovo, Germany, and Italy for TV news stories covering base agencies operations through live, taped, and live to tape news stories, radio reports, and newscast.
· Research, plan, and acquire programming for 7 satellite television channels broadcast out of Moreno Valley, CA on the American Forces Network to over 800,000 U.S. Service members and their families worldwide.

§ Winner of Best Broadcast Operations from Director of Air Force Public Affairs, Crystal Communicator Award for Public Service Announcement, Local and Air Force wide winner of both the Junior Broadcaster of the quarter and the Junior Broadcaster of the year, and 3rd place in the AF Media Contest for Best Local TV Newscast.
§ Awarded the Air Force Achievement Medal with Oak Leaf clusters, Joint Achievement Medal, Joint Commendation Medal, Korean Defense Medal, and Kosovo Campaign Medal for news coverage of the NATO campaign in Kosovo and other Air Force and Joint service operations worldwide.
