Welcome to Our Office
Welcome to our office and thank you for selecting us for your root canal treatment. You have been referred to our office by your dentist in an attempt to save a tooth which might otherwise have to be removed. Your dentist wants to ensure that you receive the best possible care just as we do. We are dedicated to excellence in our specialty and will do everything in our ability to make your root canal treatment a success and the experience as pleasant as possible. Root canal treatment is the removal of the diseased and infected pulp tissue from inside the crown and roots of the affected tooth. The canals are then filled with aspecial root canal filler. The root canal treatment can usually be completed in one appointment. You can find detailed information about root canal treatment at the American Association of Endodontists website at
If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance card to our office. Most insurance companies do not provide 100% coverage for root canal treatment so it will be necessary for you to pay your portion of the fee on the day of treatment. You may call our office and we will be glad to contact your insurance company to get an estimate of the amount they will cover. If you do not have dental insurance, payment is due when your treatment is completed. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, VISA, Discover and Care Credit.

DIRECTIONS TO OUR OFFICE
Our office is conveniently located 1/2 mile east of the intersection of Shallowford Road and Highway 153 near the Main Post Office, but on the left side of Shallowford Rd. Our office is located in the “Shallowford One” Office Park, at Suite #101 facing Shallowford Road.
From Downtown Chattanooga/North Alabama:
Take I-24 East to I-75 North. Continue to Highway 153 North. Take the Shallowford Rd. exit and turn right. Go approximately 1/2 mile to our office which is on the left in the “Shallowford One” Office Park, Suite #101which faces Shallowford Road.
From Hixson, Highway 58 and Soddy-Daisy:
Take Highway 153 South and exit onto Shallowford Rd. Turn left at the traffic signal and continue approximately 1/2 mile. Our office is on the left in the “Shallowford One” Office Park, Suite #101which faces Shallowford Road.
From Ooltewah, Collegedale, Cleveland and Athens:
Take I-75 South to Highway 153 North. Take the Shallowford Rd. exit and turn right. Go approximately 1/2 mile to our office which is on the left in the “Shallowford One” Office Park, Suite #101which faces Shallowford Road.
From North Georgia, Dalton:
Take I-75 North to Highway 153. Take the Shallowford Rd. exit and turn right. Go approximately 1/2 mile to our office which is on the left in the “Shallowford One” Office Park, Suite #101which faces Shallowford Road.
From Hamilton Place Mall Area:
Take Shallowford Rd. west (toward Hwy. 153). Go approximately 2 miles through the intersection with Noah Reid Rd. and you will see an office park on the right. Our office is in the second building past the intersection in the “Shallowford One” Office Park, Suite #101which faces Shallowford Road.
