6.C. All member leagues, teams, and programs must be members in good standing with the NHAHA for the current season. Good standing is defined as being in compliance with all Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of USA Hockey and NHAHA as well as being paid up to date of all fines and fees.

8.N.1 Any Officer may be removed from office by a two-thirds vote of the Board of Directors, present and voting, at any regularly scheduled meeting or at a special meeting called for that purpose with proper notice to the Persons Involved. Proper notice is defined as ten (10) days written notice of the charges and reasons for removal. Persons Involved is defined as the notification to the Officer facing removal, the NHAHA Executive Committee and the NHAHA Board of Directors. A special meeting called for this purpose may only be done by a written and recorded majority vote of either the Executive Committee or the Board of Directors.
