Note:

  1. Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35 (inclusive) from Hong Kong or from other Asian regions upon “Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games Intellectual Property Awards” application deadline.
  1. In “Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games Entrepreneurship Programme”,all shareholders of proposed company should be Hong Kong permanent residents in age between the ages of 18 and 35 (inclusive)
  1. “Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games Intellectual Property Awards” and “Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games Entrepreneurship Programme” are two parts of one integrated programme. Applicants should submit two parts of the programme together.
  1. “Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games Intellectual Property Awards” is open to eligible youth of Hong Kong and other Asian countries, and “Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games Entrepreneurship Programme” is open to eligible Hong Kong permanent residents only. “Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games Intellectual Property Awards” and “Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games Entrepreneurship Programme” are two parts of one integrated programme. That means when youth of other Asian countries who want to join “Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games Intellectual Property Awards”, he/she is required to team up with eligible youth of Hong Kong as applicants to “Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games Entrepreneurship Programme” at the same time.

Terms & Conditions

1.The Organizer has the right to use all or any of the entries in any format and reserves the rights to use or allow any party to use the entries for publication, exhibition, and publicity of the Awards for non-commercial purpose at no extra cost to the respective applicants. Such publication, exhibition and publicity need not be limited to organization and / or promotion of “Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games Intellectual Property Awards” and“Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games Entrepreneurship Programme”.

2.All entries submitted must be without infringing on the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)* of any party. Applicants must have the consent or endorsements from the Intellectual Property owner before using the IPR in your entries.

*” Intellectual Property Rights” shall mean patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, design rights, copyright, domain names, database rights, rights in know-how, new inventions, designs or processes and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature and wheresoever arising, whether now known or hereafter created, and in each case whether registered or unregistered.

3.The organizer and the Government of the HKSAR will not be liable for any loss of business or profit or opportunity or goodwill, lawsuit or claims, which in any case arise directly or indirectly in connection with the participation of “Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games Intellectual Property Awards” and“Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games Entrepreneurship Programme” by the applicants.

4.The list of finalists and winners will be announced on the competition’s websiteat early November. Finalists and winners will receive separate written notification by mail or email from the Organizer.

5.For winners of “Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games Entrepreneurship Programme”, the applicants will be required to sign a formal agreement with the Organizer.

6.Incomplete entry form submittedmay be disqualified. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any entries or disqualify any applicants or withhold the presentation of any award to any entry without advance notice.

7.Entry submission will not be returned. Please keep your own copy before submission.

8.Any person taking part in the competition implicitly agrees with its regulations. For any matters not covered in these regulations / any updated news, the Organizer may publish the relevant information on the competition’s website without any notification in advance.

9.The information and attachment provided by the applicant in this application form is accurate and complete. It implies full understanding and agreement of the applicants to all the terms and conditions of this application form and theGuidelineof “Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games Intellectual Property Awards” and“Hong Kong Ani-Com & Games Entrepreneurship Programme” (whichcan be downloaded at who violates the above agreed terms and conditions may be disqualified from this programme.
