All efforts have been made to conduct this event by the SCCA Solo II rules, however EVSCC is an independent organization and variances are to be expected.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to properly class his/her vehicle according to SCCA Solo II rules. Please call the Chief Tech Inspector, TBAprior to mailing your entry if you have questions on your car class.
Trophies will be awarded according to SCCA Solo II rules. There will be no class bumping (no changing of class to get a trophy). Make sure you have registered in the proper class.
You will not be permitted on the “Loop” until you have signed the waiver at the bridge. EVERYONE must sign; drivers, family and crew.
Entrants are required to show their driver’s license at check-in. Allentrants must be 18 years of age or have a parent or guardian present to sign the waiver.
Due to the high speed of the course, we recommend only experienced drivers enter this event.
ALL OPEN CARS MUST HAVE A ROLL BAR!!! (At least a single loop)(Roll cage not required) T-Tops and Targas are not considered to be open cars. Factory roll bars are legal.
QUIET MUFFLERS ARE REQUIRED. This will be strictly enforced!! If your car sounds loud, is it too loud. Decisions will be made by a pre-selected noise committee and are final. Cars are subject to disqualification for being too noisy. This event is held near a residential area and use of the site may be cancelled due to excessive noise.
Car numbers will be assigned as entries are received. ENTER EARLY. If you have a number painted on your car, indicate on the registration form. We will try to give you that number. It is the responsibility of the driver to have his/her correct number on the car when the car is brought to staging.
We recommend a maximum of two drivers per car in each class, however EVSCC reserves the right to waive this rule. Consult the tech inspector or event master.
We will attempt to provide all necessary course workers, however we only have 8 members in our club. Your assistance may be required.
Reckless driving is not permitted anywhere (pits, course or access road). Reckless driving is grounds for disqualification. This includes Sugarloaf Blvd.
All pets are required to have owners on a leash at all times.
There will not be a concession stand at the event this year. Port-a-potties will be available. Water, insect repellent, and sunscreen are recommended and encouraged.

Friday,October 7th:
12:00pm-SunsetLoop Road open for pit setup.
Track gate will open at noon for advanced parking, opportunity to walk or bicycle the course. No cars on track at this time.
5:00pm: Novice Orientation As needed
7:00pm-9:00pm: Check-in and registration. Complimentary “Lite-Bites” at Boondocks Grill on Ramrod Key.
Saturday, October 8thth:
7:00am-11:00am: Registration and Tech inspection (Be there early. Cars must pass tech prior to practice.). Technical inspection is at the track, Loop Road, Lower Sugarloaf Key, MM17. Place card on windshield, stay with your car. Tech inspectors will come to your car. Your car must pass tech prior to practice.
9:00am: Drivers meeting, drive through, and practice. THE DRIVE THROUGH IS FOR FIRST TIME ENTRANTS. Practice runs will commence after the drive through. No minimum number of runs guarantee. Saturday times are not official and we cannot guarantee a time for each run. RUNS WILL BE BY PREDETERMINED RUN GROUPS ASSIGNED AT REGISTRATION. REMEMBER YOUR RUN GROUPS.

6:00pm-9:00pm: Cocktails and Banquet atBoondocks Grill.
Sunday, October 9th:
8:00am: Check-in and tech inspection at the track.
8:30am: MANDATORY drivers meeting! Timed runs will commence immediately following the driver’s meeting.

Trophies will be presented at the track as soon as the results are compiled (approx. 30 minutes).
