  1. FORMAT OF PLAY & PRIZES

Putra Cup, Lion City Cup and Santi Cup are 72 hole Stroke play (Team & Individual). The lowest 3 score counted for Putra Cup and the lowest two (2) score counted for Santi Cup, Lion City Cup and Kartini cup each round on the Team event.

Prizes as follow:-

Putra Cup -3 Best Teams, 3 Best Individuals and 2 Best Daily X 4 days

Lion City Cup-3 Best Teams, 3 Best Individuals and 2 Best Daily X 4 days

Santi Cup-3 Best Teams, 3 Best Individuals and 2 Best Daily X 4 days

Kartini Cup-3 Best Teams, 3 Best Individuals and 2 Best Daily x 4 days

  1. ACCOMMODATION FOR PLAYERS, OFFICIALS, DELEGATES, PARENTS AND GUESTS

All players, officials, delegates, parents and guests are accommodated at Crimson Hotel. The room rates are at P4,100 nett (US$100) for single or twin de luxe room, P4,500 nett (US$110) for single/twin premier room, P5,000 nett (US$120) single/twin executive room, inclusive of airport transfers, breakfast, complimentary daily shuttle service within Filinvest City and complimentary wi-fi access. Rates in dollars may change depending on current foreign exchange rate. Please settle all payments with the Hotel.

  1. TRANSPORTATION

Transportation will be provided by the NGAPbetween the Hotel and golf course during the practice day and tournament days. (Please follow the Timetable provided which will also be available at the lobby of the Hotel. Players and officials will been given priority for the early transfers)

  1. CURRENCY

The currency in use is in Philippines Peso . The approximate exchange rate is

US$1.00 = Php40.70

  1. DRESS CODE

It is the responsibility of each player/official to be aware of and abide by, the Dress Code for the Host Club. A copy of this will be posted on the Information Board at the Tournament Office. Both on and off the Course and in the Clubhouse, players should observe reasonable, inoffensive manner of dress allowing for tropical conditions. In general however, the following rules must be observed.

  1. Denim wear including jeans, is not permitted
  2. Swimwear and athletic attire including tracksuits, shorts, T-shirts and sports shoes are not allowed.
  3. Shirts should be collared and worn inside trousers / shorts / skirts.
  4. Shorts should be tailored and of a conservative length.
  5. Footwear should be worn at all times, not changed in public areas and notice taken of Host Club rules regarding spike shoes.
  1. CAPTAIN’S MEETING

The Captain’s meeting is schedule on 26th June at 10:00 am. At the meeting, the Team Captain or his representative will be provided with an Identification to enable them to follow their players while play is on.

  1. CADDIES

Caddies are available at US$100 for 5 rounds (26-30 June), excluding tip, payable upon registration. Coupons for all Five (5) days including practice round will be provided to all players upon payment.

  1. OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND

The official practice round will be on 26 June 2013, from 7.30am onwards. Tee-off times are allocated to all participating countries. All players must leave the golf course by 3:00 pm to be ready for the Opening Ceremony to be held at 4:30pm.

Practice on other days, player shall pay: Green fee of P1,200 (US$30) on weekdays, Green fee on weekends P2,500 (US$61), Caddie fee P800 (US$20 plus tip), Twin sharing Cart/Buggy P700 (US$17).

  1. PRACTICE RANGE

Practice Range facilities will be made available to all players from 24th June to 30th June. The practice range is open from 06:30 am to 06:00 pm.

  1. REGISTRATION

All Team Managers/Captains MUST register their players’ names on either 25th or 26th June 2013 at the official hotel and make the payment of US$100 being the caddie fees for Five (5) days, including practice round.

All players MUST also register at the Registration Center at the Club before their starting time and thereafter to report to the starter at the starting point 15 minutes before their starting time

  1. FOOD & BEVERAGE

Sherwood Hills Golf Club (SHGC) serves breakfast and lunch daily. All players and officials are invited to attend the Welcome Hi-Tea on 26th June 2013 at 6:00 pm, Farewell Hi-Tea on 30th June 2013 both at the SHGC.

  1. EQUIPMENT & VALUABLES

Daily lockers are available to secure your equipment and valuables. No responsibility is accepted by the NGAP or the Club for loss of property. Golf bags can be left overnight at golf bag storage from 26thJune – 30th June 2013. However it is not advisable to leave valuables in golf bags. The Club will take every care, but will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.

  1. WEATHER

The weather in June is humid and hot with possibility of rain. Temperature will be around 30°C with high humidity.

  1. INSURANCE

All competitors and official are recommended to carry adequate personal and medical insurance.
