(a) Log on to & click on “Register/Forgot password” (b) Select your profile as policy holder (c) Submit a few necessary details like your Name, Birth Date, Policy number & your e-mail address. Your E-PIN will be generated electronically & sent to your e-mail address instantly. (d) Check your e-mail to get your E-PIN (e) Log on to through Member’s login & Start enjoying the e-advantages right away.

1. Call Centre : ICICI’s call center number is 9890447766. Kindly utilize this service also.

1. Service forms : Some Forms are enclosed which are self explanatory. When requirement arises, we can complete these forms & submit to ICICIPru at Pune or other location anywhere in India or abroad.

1. Proof of Investments : I hope you have submitted your proofs of Investments to HR / Accounts & ensured that Tax deducted are as per the Provisional calculations done by us during our earlier meeting.
   

1. Declarations for New Financial Year 2006-07 : For the current year, we are required to submit fresh declarations to HR. Kindly collect the Declaration form from HR & let me know. We shall fill the declaration form together as per this year’s Income tax Act & Investment planning & write the Rent receipts according to the new Salary package.

1. Free Help Desk Service : I (along with my team) am also offering Free Help Desk services in various Companies to facilitate employees Save Taxes & Plan Investments. This activity is being done every month at TCS Ltd, Convergys, Hutch Telecom, IBM Global, Capgemini & Cummins India. Shortly, I shall visit your office regularly for this service.

Furthermore, your proposal form also contains acknowledgement of payment which is stamped & signed in the same day the form is logged in the system at our Kothrud branch.
