12:00 pm rounds 1 – 5 (no break)
5:00 pm (or earlier) prize ceremony
Size and format of divisions are at director’s discretion, depending upon # of entries.
MAIN EVENT: 16 GAMES
Entry Fee $120 US Currency (includes NASPA participation fee)
Early incentive: Entry Fee $110, if postmarked by Friday, October 10, 2014
Format: Two to four approximately equal divisions in ratings order. Size and number
of divisions, as well as pairing format, are at the director’s discretion and
dependent upon the number of entries. Last division may have more or
less players than other divisions. (Gibson Rule in effect for last round).
The latest official NASPA ratings as of November 27, 2014, will be used to seed both events.

Those not staying at the Hilton Hotel for the main event at the scrabble room rate must pay a $30 commuter fee.
$89 per night room rate includes free self-parking, pool, fitness facilities, business center. Room rate in effect through Friday, November 14, 2014.
Located right off I-95, the Hilton Stamford is about 30 minutes North of New York City. It is easily accessible by car and commuter rail (Amtrak & Metro North). Free hotel shuttle from the rail station. Call hotel at (203) 967-2222 for pick up & availability.
All tournament activity and after hours play will take place in the Glen Room, 2nd Flr.
