Displays

The Historical Collection displays are to meet the identified target audience interests as detailed in the Foundation’s Interpretation and Display Policy. The displays to be developed, subject to clearance for public viewing, are to include:

  • accidents, deaths and casualties (In Memoriam tribute to 4RAR /4RAR(CDO)2/4RAR personnel killed on operations and in training);
  • adventure training;
  • aircraft;
  • enemy personnel and organisations;
  • equipment (items used by 4RAR but no longer in service);
  • family tree (specific displays such as indigenous soldiers);
  • honours and awards (both operational and non-operational service for posted personnel);
  • insertion and extraction techniques;
