  • Kept track of all students’ hours and curriculum. Liaison of parents, students, staff and owners of the company. Also to recruit students to come to tutoring. Get a hold of students/parents. Following up with tutors and their notes on students. Speaking with the district about issues and concerns and sharing information that we have gathered over our sessions with them. Submitting all info to the state as well. Making sure that student to tutor ratio is not only learning efficient but cost efficient as well.

  • Kept track of all alcohol. Matched what was made to what we used to make sure that there were not too many over spills or drinks given out. Was mainly a speed bar, customer service was key and had to keep up the fast pace of a Stockyards bar. Was in charge of keeping track of money. Made sure that if there were any issues, I was in charge of handling accordingly no matter the situation. Was also in charge of liquor orders and keeping track of when alcohol bills were due.

More of a Restaurant/Club Scene, drinks were more presentable. I was in charge of bringing in new bar staff (Bar Back, Bartenders, Servers, etc…) and training them. Was also in charge of liquor orders and keeping track of when alcohol bills were due.
