Location: The STMTC Range at the Blackhawk Range on Jarratt Rd. See directions below.

From the Northeast side of town, take IH-35 south past the southwest side of 1604. Exit right onto Shepard Rd. As you drive on Shepard Rd. you will cross Pearsall Rd. keep going until you reach Jarratt Rd. Turn left and go until you reach the bend in the road. Just past the bend in the road is a Sign for Blackhawk Range. Turn right on the dirt road and go approximately .5 miles to the range entrance.

From the Northwest side of town, take 1604 south, exit onto IH35 south, and then exit onto Shepard Rd. The rest of the directions are same as above.

Rules: Current NRA Small Bore Rifle Rules will govern.

Eligibility: Open to any individual.NRA membership is NOT required, but recommended.

Entries: Will close at 0800 on the day of match.

Limited to 34 competitors

Fees: NRA Registration fee………………………9.00 per competitor

Advance Entry: Advance entry encouraged, a $5.00 charge will be added on entries not received by Monday Oct. 3, 2010.

Refunds: Full refund will be made to those unable to attend that notify match director one day in advance. No refund for no-shows!

Time of Firing: Competitors to firing line 0830 each day.

Squadding: All competitors will be assigned target number. NRA classification card may be exhibited at time of squadding. Team match will be squadded on line.

Match 1 50 yards 40 shots

Match 2 50 meters reduced to 50 yards 40 shots

Match 3 Dewar Course 50 and 100 yards 40 shots

Match 4 100 yards 40 shots

Team Match: Saturday after match 4, 2 person team match, Dewar match course, any sights, Cost is 10.00 per team due at beginning of team Match.

Match 6 50 yards 40 shots

Match 7 50 meters reduced to 50 yards 40 shots

Match 8 Dewar Course 40 shots

Match 9 100 yards 40 shots

Aggregates: Match 5 Regional Metallic Sights Aggregate Matches 1 thru 4

Match 10 Regional Any Sights Aggregate Matches 6 thru 9

Match 11 Regional Championships, Matches 5 and 10

Souvenir Pins: Each Competitor will receive NRA Regional Pin.

Rifle: Rule 3.2

Target: 50 yd. A23-5, 50mtr.A27, 100 yd. A25

Challenges: A challenge fee of $1.00 will charged for each challenge made. NRA rule 16.

Classification: The NRA classification System will be used in all matches. Unclassified adults will fire in master class.

3 competitor’s minimum per classification. Classification with less than 3 competitors will be classed up.

Awards: To the Winner, 2nd and 3rd place overall (provided entries warrant) will be furnished by the NRA.

The SARPC will provide awards for all fired matches and aggregates.

1st Place minimum of 5 shooters in class

2nd Place with 8 or more shooters in class

3rd Place with 13 or more shooters in class

Awards from SARPC to be Cash or Award Points

Grand Aggregate:

Winner: NRA Gold Medallion

2nd Place: NRA Silver Medallion (with a minimum of 10 shooters)

3rd Place: NRA Bronze Medallion (with a minimum of 15 shooters)

Camp Perry credit letter to the Aggregate Winner of 10 competitors and winners of class with 10 or more (classes may not be combined). Copy of details may be obtained from Match Dir.
