Onslow Pregnancy Resource Center is planning our first annual Dodge-4-Life event this fall, and we are thrilled to share about opportunities for your business to partner with us to get your name out in the community! What is Dodge-4-Life, you ask? Great question! Dodge-4-Life is a dodge ball tournament for ages 15 and over that will take place at Jacksonville Christian Academy’s Gymnasium on November 1, 2014. It is designed to raise community awareness about OPRC’s services as well as to raise funds for our organization. We anticipate excellent community turnout through participation in the tournament and through friends and family coming to cheer on the players. This event will be an incredibleopportunity not only to support OPRC, but also for your business to connect with local residents who are current and prospective clients!
As a business participant, there are many ways you can support Dodge-4-Life:
- Play: Your organization may form a team of 6 players to raise money and have fun participatingin the tournament.
- Advertise: Your organization may choose one of the sponsor opportunity levels (see chart on following page)or name your own contribution.
- Participate: We are seeking restaurants and service providers who are interested in providing food, services, and/or prizes for the event.
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in the community, we plan to use this event to raise community awareness and funding for OPRC. We are excited to offer the following services free for all clients:

Parenting educationEarn and Learn Program
CounselingFatherhood Workshop
OPRC relies solely upon the contributions of donors for their operations, and we deeply appreciate our supporters. Dodge-4-Life Details:
Dodge-4-Life is a co-ed Dodgeball fundraising tournament that is designed to be fun for everyone, including friends and family who come to cheer teams on. The registration fee is $150 per team, and a team consists of 6 players who are over the age of 15. There are many prizes that will be awarded throughout the event. There will be a grand prize for the first place team, as well as prizes for the team that raises the most funds, and the team who is “best dressed.” In addition, there will be raffles, and multiple children activities.
