NOTE: Please attach your negatives VERY CAREFULLY AND SECURELY to your photograph. We have had several problems with negatives coming detached from photographs during shipping. Please make sure your negative is securely attached to your photo before you mail it. The best way to do this is to place your negative inside an envelope, seal the envelope, put your name and county on the outside of the envelope, then tightly attach with tape or adhesive the entire envelope to the back of the photo exhibit, with the flap-side of the envelope facing outward (so someone can open the flap and look at the negative, then place the negative back in the envelope and reseal it).
