Six month of 3D printing with Varseo – an excellent first summary
On the occasion of the dental world’s leading trade fair, the International Dental Show (IDS) in Cologne, Germany, the new with and for dental laboratories developed 3D printer Varseo has been presented for the first time. Today, six month after the presentation in March, BEGO is looking back to an exciting introduction phase.
“With Varseo we registered a great success at the IDS and were able to make ourselves the best present to our 125th jubilee”, said Jürgen Schultze, Head of International Sales at BEGO Bremer Goldschlägerei and BEGO Medical. The BEGO booth was well attended every day. This already gave an idea about the high demand of the practitioners.
The 3D printer Varseo enables the lab side production of different kinds of dental restorations. CAD/Cast partial denture frames, splints, drilling templatesand individual impression trays can be produced quickly, cost-effectively and with high precision. The fabrication of models with the resin “VarseoWax Model” will be available from October this year, too. Additional materials will follow step-by-step.
BEGO again demonstrated its strengths for innovations with the “Best Of 2015“-seal of the INDUSTRIEPREIS 2015 in the medical technology category, with which the company was awarded in May this year. After the successful market launch in Germany, the focus now shall be on the international sales which already started very well.
